At long last - my ICQ Chat Player has finally been released!!! This is a standalone player capable of playing back ICQ .cht files directly. ICQ need not be installed to use this player.

Note that this is a beta version, a couple features are incomplete. Namely, the support for displaying emote/smiley/action images. Due to increased requests for this program lately, I wanted to get it released ASAP. I'll work on putting the image support back in for later versions.

For you developers, a spec sheet describing the details about the ICQ chat file format is also included.
