		<content type="html">Microsoft Agent (and thus my TMSAgent component) does not support loading more than one instance of a particular character at a time.&amp;nbsp; Changing the character's GUID in the .acs/.acf file is the only way to trick Microsoft Agent into allowing that.&amp;nbsp; For example, there is a version of "Merlin" named "Wizard"&amp;nbsp;floating around online that does exactly this.&amp;nbsp; I do not know of a similar version floating around for "Genie", though.&amp;nbsp; Did you follow my Microsoft Agent ACS/ACF/ACA file specification to locate the GUID correctly?</content>
